In 1994, brothers Bryn and Robb Stroyke took the lead and have since worked to develop their former brokerage, Stroyke Properties, Inc. into the preeminent high-end boutique brokerage and real estate development firm in the South Bay. In 2019, they co-founded the expanded brokerage brand, Bayside Real Estate Partners. Under Bayside, the brothers formed the Stroyke Properties Group along with a team of highly experienced, professional agents who are here to deliver client success above all else.
