INVESTING IN THE FUTURE
A passion for home remodeling, house flipping and purchasing investment properties

Rebecca Sekulich’s real estate career began with a fortuitous decision that would change her life forever. Employed as the Director of Operations at one of North America’s largest real estate companies during the market downturn in 2007, Rebecca faced a pivotal crossroads. Her employers were unable to keep her on as a paid employee, leaving her with a choice: return to film producing or take a leap of faith into a full-time real estate career.

Fueled by determination and her inherent optimism, Rebecca decided to dive headfirst into the world of real estate. With the support of her employer, she took an eight-week real estate course that laid the foundation for her success. Armed with newfound knowledge and a burning desire to make her mark in the industry, Rebecca emerged as a force to be reckoned with.

Her first taste of real estate success came unexpectedly, just three weeks after completing the course. A call came into her office at almost 5 pm on a Friday, and Rebecca, armed with knowledge and enthusiasm, was able to help a distressed client with a home listing.

The result? A successful closing within three weeks and a bonus from the bank due to the property’s distressed status. It was a turning point that ignited her entrepreneurial spirit setting her on a trajectory of remarkable achievements and developing a skill for short sales.

The market began to recover, and her tenacity and passion for real estate only grew stronger. Closing her first million-dollar listing was a defining moment that reaffirmed her chosen path.

As Rebecca Sekulich’s career continued to blossom, she found her true calling in reimagining properties. With an eye for design and a passion for transformation, she helped homeowners realize their property’s full potential, resulting in significantly higher sale prices. This unique approach not only set her apart from other Realtors but also earned her a reputation for delivering exceptional value to her clients. By offering clients the resources needed to repair, remodel, and stage their homes for top dollar, she has created a transformative experience that resonates with both buyers and sellers.

Fast forward to today, and Rebecca’s multifaceted real estate business is a testament to her vision and dedication. Leveraging her background in renovation and construction, she helps clients envision a home’s true potential, adding value and equity through cost-effective modifications and strategic upgrades. Not only does she help clients buy, sell, and invest in properties, but she also brings her creative flair into play by reimagining homes.

Recognizing that preparing a home for sale can be overwhelming and costly, Rebecca offers a unique solution—she fronts the funds needed for repairs, remodeling, and staging. This service, free of charge and payable at the close of escrow, has allowed her clients to sell their homes faster and for more money, with numerous success stories to validate the approach.

“I step in as consultant and visionary and manage every aspect of each individual client’s project. My company believes that by fronting the funds needed to make improvements to the houses, that they will sell faster and for more money, which we have proven time and time again. By investing a minimal amount of money, I was just able to close a home at almost 20% above list price, netting my clients an additional $450,000 more than the home would have sold for in its ‘before’ state.”

With her extensive network of contractors, architects, interior designers, and more, Rebecca ensures that all the elements come together seamlessly, culminating in unparalleled results for her clients. Her insightful perspective and high-touch counsel, combined with warm authenticity, create an engaging and personal experience that leaves a lasting impact on clients’ lives.

The results speak for themselves—This innovative approach to real estate has not only benefited her clients but has also garnered attention from industry professionals and media outlets, earning her a feature in a magazine article that celebrated her vision and achievements.

Rebecca’s accomplishments as a Realtor have been nothing short of remarkable. With an impressive sales volume of $115 million and a standout record in short sales and luxury properties, she has consistently ranked among the top 5% of agents in the US. Her certification as a Short Sales Specialist and Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) further cements her expertise in the industry.

Rebecca Sekulich’s stellar reputation is further solidified by the glowing testimonials from satisfied clients, who commend her responsive and understanding nature. Her innate ability to grasp the unique needs and desires of each party involved allows her to secure the best deals and foster strong relationships throughout the process.

“Rebecca is amazing! She is responsive and understanding of your needs as a seller and a buyer. We have worked with Rebecca to buy two houses and sold one. I think her relationship-building skills make all the difference. She makes sure she understands what each party needs/wants and that helps secure the best deals. I cannot recommend her enough.”

Beyond her exceptional real estate career, Rebecca’s passion for life shines through in her diverse array of hobbies and interests. From exploring all 48 contiguous United States by car during her youth to being an avid wine collector and lover, her adventurous spirit adds an extra layer of charisma to her character.

“I travel all over to go to different wine regions around the world. My dream is to retire from real estate sales and have my own wine label.”

Whether she’s skiing, sailing, rowing, surfing, or indulging her love for music and musical theater, Rebecca’s zest for life and boundless energy translate into her work as a Realtor. With a heart full of love for her family and a young daughter who brings immeasurable joy, Rebecca’s life is a tapestry of colorful experiences that fuel her passion for helping others.
