Rolling Hills Hits Record Number of Homes for Sale

Rolling Hills has a record (33) homes that are currently on the market, that’s 12% above last July and represents 16 months of inventory - just shy of the all-time high of 16.3 reached in July 2009.

HACIENDA de la PAZ

It looks like Hacienda de la Paz has been sold at auction for an undisclosed amount at the end of July. The former DIGS Cover Home, a 51,000-square-foot estate set on 7.4 acres was originally listed at $53 million in 2013 and eventually dropped to $40 million in 2017.

Concierge Auctions conducted the sale, which had “no reserve,” meaning the winning bidder didn’t have to hit a minimum purchase price to succeed. Either way, it should break the all-time record sale in Rolling Hills.
