The Real Estate Market in El Segundo Is Hot

Average home prices for single-family homes in El Segundo have reached a new record high of $1,365,826 in June 2018, up 4.2% from a year earlier when the average sale price was $1,310,950. The median sale price in June was $1,280,000, up 1.6% from a year earlier.

The average price per square foot for sold homes also reached a new high of $770, up 8.0% from June 2017.  Additionally, the average days on market in June was down 40.8% from June 2017, at only 29 days on market, while the supply of available inventory is only 2 months.
