Rendezvous at the Sheraton Maui in Paradise

The 23-acre Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa on Maui is capping off the second phase of its overall renovation with a multimillion-dollar transformation of its lobby set for completion this November. Expect a new lobby bar and café, lounge, and reception area—all set in a 4,223-square-foot, AHL-designed setting (highlighted by coastal shades of blue, gray and tan, and wood accents) that features an expansive lanai and viewing deck offering panoramic views of Ka’anapali Beach and Black Rock.

A new ’ohana (family) game room will be introduced on the lower lobby level. “Sheraton Maui’s new lobby will lend itself to relaxation and socialization,” says GM Tetsuji Yamazaki.

“We hope guests and locals feel that the new lobby is the perfect place in West Maui to gather and spend time together, whether for a glass of wine before dinner, or lingering over small plates and refreshments until after the sun goes down.”

New activities also planned for the resort range from intimate talk story sessions during the sunset cliff dive ceremony to live painting events with local artist Kristie Kosmides.
