A $125 million owned by NBCUniversal Vice Chairman Ron Meyer is now the most expensive listing in the exclusive beach enclave of Malibu. Mansion Global is reporting that, if sold, the contemporary, glass-covered residence will set a record in Los Angeles County, according to listing agent Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency, with the current record held by last year’s $110 million sale on Carbon Beach.

Spanning more than 13,000 square feet, the home was designed by late architect Charles Gwathmey. Among the highlights: a great room with ocean views, gourmet kitchen, state-of-the-art theater, gym, home office, and master suite with a two-story paneled library and gallery. The 3-acre estate also holds a pool, duo of guest houses, tennis court and spa house.
