Former Entertainment Tonight co-host Leeza Gibbons and her husband, writer-producer Steve Fenton, have sold their East Coast-inspired traditional home in Beverly Hills for $15.43 million.

According to the L.A. Times, the two-story residence is set on a half-acre of grounds and boasts 6,570 square feet of living space featuring a living room, family room, library/den, five bedrooms and six baths.

Folding doors open to the backyard, which holds a tiered patio, pool, an expansive lawn, a fireplace, and a two-story guest house. The couple originally asked $18.5 million when they listed the house in February, with the property more recently listed at $16.995 million.

Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Residential and Gregg Silver of Keller Williams Beverly Hills served as the co-listing agents, with Valerie Fitzgerald of Coldwell Banker representing the buyer.
