South Park and Tony Award-winning Book of Mormon co-creator Trey Parker has purchased a brand-new, ultra-modern residence in Brentwood for $6.2 million.

According to Variety, the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home offers 5,000-plus square feet of open and airy living space featuring high-end finishes such as imported-oak floorboards.

Among the highlights: a walk-in wine cellar behind a sheet of frameless glass, along with a small cabana adjacent to a plunge-size zero-edge pool and spa. The seller was represented by Adi Livyatan and Parker by Oren Barkan, both of Rodeo Realty.
