Pacific Union International Merges With Partners Trust to Create the Ultimate California Real Estate Brokerage 

San Francisco’s Pacific Union International and Los Angeles-based boutique luxury brokerage, Partners Trust, merger creates the largest independent real estate brokerage in California. With a 2016 sales volume of $12.61 Billion and a 2017 sales volume in excess of $15 Billion, the combined expansion brings a total of 47 offices to both Northern and Southern California and acquires more than 1,400 real estate professionals.

“Our merger with Pacific Union represents a new and exciting era for our team of partners and associates,” Partners Trust CEO and Co-Founder Nick Segal says.
