1046 Princeton Drive—Silicon Beach Oxford Triangle Venice Live/Work—$1.349 Million

Pitch Perfect’s Ester Dean is selling her Silicon Beach home for $1.349 million. The Grammy-nominated producer and chart-topping singer-songwriter purchased the residence at 1046 Princeton Drive—in the Oxford Triangle section of Venice—in 2015, and then reimagined it to suit her lifestyle.

“Ester has been designing homes as a hobby, and for this live-work space at Silicon Beach Lofts, she collaborated on the design and decor with LA Design and Build to convert the two-bedroom and one-bath space into her recording studio,” says Rick Ojeda, who is listing the property with Nick Segal and Shaun Alan-Lee, all with Pacific Union International.

Among the highlights: vaulted ceilings, skylights, marble countertops and Viking appliances.
