Posh Perches at The Diamond Head Club

Seeking a slice of paradise in Hawaii? Then get in on the ground floor of The Diamond Head Club, an exclusive collection of six two- and three-bedroom penthouses atop the 37th, 38th and 39th floors of the second tower of The Ritz Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach. Starting from $750,000, the penthouses will be shared among 84 families for a fraction of the cost of whole ownership as part of the exclusive private residence club. Two options are available: flexible (for those who visit various times during the year) and fixed (for those who want to enjoy the same home every year at the same time).

Ranging from 2,100 to 4,100 square feet, each penthouse comes with its own private rooftop cabana that opens onto a 5,400 square-foot lanai with Diamond Head and ocean views. No more than six families at a time will have access to a private rooftop lanai with pool, Jacuzzis and barbecues, and owners also will be privy to a dedicated club concierge team and resort amenities.
