Freedman Geilman Group Rebrands as The DOMO Group

Through the forward-thinking vision of founders, Greg Geilman and Rob Freedman, the recently rebranded, DOMO Group, continues their unwavering dedication to providing a superior customer experience, and passion for giving back to the communities in which they serve.

“DOMO,” which means, “Thank You,” in Japanese, shares the story of their philosophy led by the company’s core values. “Be extra helpful, be accountable, be resourceful…Give thanks.”

“We wanted to come up with a name that was memorable, clean and easy to pronounce; something that could withstand the test of time,” says Greg Geilman, Managing Partner, Listing Specialist.

“The name DOMO tells the story about our group and what we believe in. It was important to us to include the entire team and come up with a name that was inclusive.”

The DOMO logo connotes a box in which all the company services are held.

“We help our clients buy, sell, build, and invest in real estate”, says Rob Freedman, Senior Partner, Listing Specialist.

“The upper right corner of the box is a cut-out we call the ‘Top Notch’. It is an opening allowing for the free flow of new and innovative ideas, and appears to point upwards as an ascension because we are always striving to be better.”

As part of the rebranding initiative, The Domo Group hosted a client appreciation party at the Manhattan Beach Shade Hotel, showcasing the launch of the new DOMO brand, logo, video, and website. Clients, friends, and family, celebrated over appetizers, wine, the unveiling of a new charitable giveback project, and giveaways where participants were able to walk away with LA Kings tickets and a weekend with a Tesla Model X. Sponsors included Tesla, Caroline Burke Designs, Kimberly Colletti of KCM Studios, and Sherri Walther of California Bank and Trust.
