A property featuring an octocopter drone helipad, as well as a duo of Tesla power walls and solar panels, is now on the market near the Crestwood Hills community of Brentwood for $11.995 million. According to Mansion Global, the “Starview Estate” was built in the 1950s and has since been redeveloped by current owner Rick Perkins, who purchased the property in August 2016 for $2.27 million.

Expect a six-bedroom, 7.5-bath house featuring 8,059 square feet of living space on three levels, along with views overlooking Downtown L.A., the Getty Center and Century City business district. Yet other notable features include a duo of master suites with large steam showers and 250-square-foot walk-in closets; a lower level sporting a gym, an infrared sauna, and space for a home theater; and an underground garage lift. The home is being quietly shown to interested buyers by Billy Rose of The Agency.
