Beverly Hills Knockout – $26 Million

917 N. Crescent Drive | Beverly Hills French Modern | 6 Bedrooms |15,000 SQ.FT.

After his recent win in a monumental match against UFC fighter Conor McGregor, boxer Floyd Mayweather decided to lay out $26 million for a fully furnished Beverly Hills mansion listed by Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland. Situated at 917 N. Crescent Drive, the French modern estate was renovated in 2015 by developer Nile Niami.

Expect 15,000 square feet of open living space, including six bedrooms (most notably, a luxe master suite featuring a fireplace, large terrace offering treetop views, and dual designer showroom closets and baths); a formal living room with 10 sets of French doors; paneled library; formal dining room; gourmet kitchen imported from Italy; and family room with a cocktail bar and display wine cellar. Meanwhile, a 20-person cinema with a Miele-equipped concession bar and a gym highlights the guest house. Outdoors, a massive black-and-white marble lanai hosts a pool and spa, seating area with fire pit and pool house.

StarStudded Estate – $5.495 Million

10401 Wyton Drive | Little Holmby | Half-Acre | Master Suites | 7,371 SQ.FT.

Peter Samuelson—best known for producing films such as Revenge of the Nerds and Arlington Road, as well as founding the Starlight Children’s Foundation—and his wife Saryl have placed their Little Holmby abode at 10401 Wyton Drive on the market for $5.495 million.

“This majestic estate is perched on a rare half-acre knoll, surrounded by lush landscaping with amazing treetop views,” says Lisa Gild, who is co-listing the property with Richard Stearns, both of Partners Trust. “It has a grand entrance with soaring ceilings and is right across the street from Holmby Park.”

Inside the 7,371-square-foot residence (which also has housed Cary Grant and Betsy Drake, as well as Ralph Bellamy), one will find a media room with vaulted beamed ceiling; a pair of master suites with dual baths; and a professional chef’s kitchen.
