The Hilton Curacao owned by Lionstone Development is undergoing a $15 million renovation that will see it reopen in mid-December as Dreams Curacao Resort, Spa & Casino. Situated in Piscaderas Bay on the Southern coast of the island of Curacao, the revamped property will be part of Apple Leisure Group’s AMResorts brand and feature 197 spacious rooms and suites boasting private balconies and terraces with views of the Caribbean, gardens and tropical island. Guests will have access to seven dining options—including a brewery offering Tex-Mex cuisine and local micro-beers—as well as a spa, fitness facilities and more.

The brand’s signature “Unlimited-Luxury” vacation concept also will be offered, complete with gourmet a la carte dining, 24-hour room and concierge services, daytime activities and live nighttime entertainment. Says Javier Coll, ALG’s executive vice president and chief strategy officer: “We’re looking forward to introducing our very first Dreams property in the country, and are confident our firm’s proven track record and unmatched expertise will continue fueling our growth throughout the region.”
