Dermot Mulroney is selling his 1920’s Spanish bungalow in a neighborhood adjacent to Hancock Park for $2.085 million. According to Variety, the “August: Osage County” actor purchased the home about five months ago for a little less than that. The single-story, three-bedroom home also is available for rent at $10,000 per month.

Expect almost 2,000 square feet of living space featuring a living room with a soaring barrel-vaulted ceiling, dark hardwood flooring and an opulent, carved fireplace; an eat-in kitchen boasting a large center island with two-toned cabinetry, granite countertops and French doors to the backyard; and a master suite with French doors to the yard and a bath with claw-footed tub and separate shower. A lounging and dining terrace along the back of the house has a built-in barbecue and circular fire pit. Nancy Osborne of Halton Pardee is the listing agent.
