Chris Adlam of Vista Sotheby’s International Realty has sold a beachfront property on two separate parcels at 417/421 Paseo de la Playa in Redondo Beach for $22.65 million. A record sale for South Bay, the compound sits on more than 60,000 square feet of shoreline offering up unobstructed views spanning from Palos Verdes to Santa Monica.

 

A 10,000-plus-square-foot main house and a companion house with more than 5,500 square feet can both be found tucked away behind gated entrances, with amenities including direct access to the sand, a pool and spa, private sand volleyball court and large yard.

Notable highlights include geothermal heating and cooling, Lutron lighting, Creston home-automation system, a backup generator, closed-circuit cameras and garage space for seven cars.
