Offering limitless possibilities to create a one-of-a-kind compound, The Enchanted Hill combines a prime location, ultimate privacy, massive acreage and flat pads.

In 1985, a new owner purchased the building with the objective of transforming it into a place where artists could live and work. Today, designers, musicians, sculptors, painters, photographers, and filmmakers continue to use it as studio space.

There is something about the desert that makes you want to spend time relaxing, observing and exploring. The colors and smells of the landscape, and the harsh yet beautiful environment where life surprisingly exists, among rocks and cacti, all contribute to this fascination. The architecture and interior design of these hospitality and residential projects perfectly capture the unique character of deserts across the West and Southwest.

Designing a movie star experience in Beverly Hills by developer and designer Daphna Ziman, president of TV network CINÉMOI offering immaculate views with a modernist art deco touch on over 10,270 square feet, with 5 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.

With an abundance of natural light inside and a mature garden outside, the property 4021 Mandeville Canyon sits on a lot of over 30,000 square feet, immediately convinced the homeowner—an interior designer—to transform it into an indoor-outdoor sanctuary.
