Pacific Bougainvillea offers custom single-family homes. Constructed smart by design, the contemporary three-to-five bedroom floor plans provide warm, functional, and energy efficient spaces with an open layout. Planned with at least one bedroom and full bathroom on every floor, the site of the 63-home subdivision is fit to take a new spin on multi-generational living. Built on a once vacant lot that served as the median on Normandie Avenue, this South Bay gem offers home designs ranging from 1094-2818 square feet, starting in the mid $700,000s. “Pacific Bougainvillea is providing what’s needed in this community and is a wonderful addition to the city of Torrance,” says sales rep Ivery Summers.
