808 Rexford Drive in Beverly Hills Flats

Christophe Choo of Coldwell Banker Global Luxury has introduced a luxurious Beverly Hills Flats estate to the market for $58.888 million, the highest price ever recorded for a residential property in its neighborhood.

Situated on a double lot spanning 1.68 acres at 808 Rexford Drive, the gated European-style villa was designed by noted architect Budd Holden and built in 1990.

Featured is 26,800 square feet of amenity-filled living space, including a two-story wine cellar; a billiards room; a media room; a two-story, wood-paneled library; and eight bedrooms (including a 5,000-square-foot master suite).

The manicured grounds, meanwhile, boast a duo of guesthouses; a sunken tennis court; a pool with waterfall and slide; a championship croquet court; and most notably, a whimsical train station and electric and steam-rideable miniature railroad trains.
