Studio Schicketanz Gives New Life to Local Landmark in Carmel-by-the-Sea

Studio Schicketanz has renovated a three-level house in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California, that was originally built in 1961 as the personal residence of midcentury modernist architect Henry Hill. The 1,957 sq ft house has a 5,750 sq ft plot and was renovated to adapt to contemporary living while preserving the historic landmark.
