Here, DIGS chats with the South Bay native about his commitment to professional service, dedication to giving back to the community and insights into
the local market.

How did you get your start in real estate?

My high school basketball coach in Palos Verdes was a successful realtor and investor in the area and talked me into getting my license in 2002.

What, specifically, makes you so passionate about the industry?

I like working in my own community and meeting all the interesting and amazing people who move here.

Your core value as an agent is professional service. How do you deliver the highest level of service to your clients?

I treat every client like they are staying at a luxury hotel. My staff holds our clients’ hands each step of the way, along with the best of them in the industry.

How has your background in communications and business contributed to your success in the industry?

I grew up in a family-owned live sports television production business. My dad always taught me how to do business correctly, as he always had special relationships with his clients.

You were born and raised in the South Bay. How does your market knowledge contribute to your competitive edge?

I know this area like the back of my hand and can tell clients all the pros and cons of almost every location in the South Bay.

What distinguishes your firm from others in the same market?

We are a boutique firm in downtown Manhattan Beach with a pulse on the market, having spent over 30 years in this town.

What makes the South Bay market so covetable?

Proximity to the city, airport and the best public schools in Los Angeles.

What significant changes have you seen in the recent market?

Buyers have to be working with the best agents in the business because
it is so competitive. My clients benefit from my relationships with the listing agents.

What do you love most about the South Bay?

Everything is awesome: sandals, the beach, surf, and my golf cart.

You are also very involved in giving back to the community. Will you tell a little
about that?

I support Hermosa Beach Ed Foundation, coach youth sports, and sponsor youth baseball, basketball, as well as other high school sports.

What do you like to do when not selling real estate?

Spending time with my wife, Aimee, and sons Thatcher and Blake, while living the beach life.
