Mitchell Freedland Design

Spread over 6,700 square feet, the three-bedroom house is split into five levels which each delimit a specific zone for living. The residence is comprised of floating limestone boxes that are magically set upon a series of water features and anchored by a dominant black granite center spine that acts as a visual organizational element.
