The Hollywood Riviera and Redondo Beach areas have experienced solid median sale price gains over the last four years, with South Redondo Beach leading the way with a 46.58% price increase since 2011. The local housing market remains strong with little headwinds, although the second half of the year will tell the real story.

It’s late July and we’re deep in the dog days of summer. I always find myself feeling at loose ends this time of year. School’s been out for weeks and kids are restless. Businesses operate on reduced schedules as employees take a vacation and then have to play catch-up when they return. Popular TV shows are on hiatus or re-runs, retailers are selling off last season’s merchandise and Major League Baseball is still months away from the playoffs.

Palos Verdes native Chad Heitzler Fahlbusch discovered his calling for real estate early on. After receiving his B.A. in communications from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Chad worked for the family business, VTE Mobile Television Productions, where he spent three years involved in producing Major League Baseball before trying his hand at real estate.
