A Real Estate Broker for the past 34 years, Dave has comprehensive experience in brokerage, investment and redevelopment business as a principal and agent, with focus on the retail and investment property resale market. His career has spanned a broad spectrum of property and portfolio management including refurbishing bank-owned properties, buying, selling, renting, new construction, residential and commercial sales and leasing, Short Sales, and extensive REO work. Dave’s passion is bringing people together and making deals happen. Putting together large and complex deals comes naturally to Dave after working for nine years at IBM as a top sales/management executive and regional sales manager for the Western United States telecommunications division. Dave earned his BS at Arizona State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in Business Administration/Real Estate Finance.
Carol has been handling real estate sales/transactions since 1983. As a broker and real estate attorney, Carol has handled just about every type and size of real estate transaction. Her background in real estate and corporate and trust/probate law taught her the ‘how-to’s’ of real estate, now leaving her the time to focus on client service and deal creation. Her vast experience enables her to analyze deals from multiple angles. A lifelong resident of Manhattan Beach, she also volunteers at the MB Chamber, Leadership MB, and the City of MB and is a frequent public speaker. After graduating from Mira Costa, she earned her BA at the University of California, Irvine and her JD at Loyola Law School.
Taya is a California native; born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has over 10 years of sales experience, and has worked as a real estate professional both in the SF Bay Area and Southern California, from the Palisades to Redondo Beach. She has extensive knowledge of traditional marketing methods, as well as internet marketing and social media. She prides herself in delivering stellar customer service and a solid marketing program to all of her listing clients, and is dedicated to helping buyers find their dream home for the best value. She graduated from the University of Oregon and earned a BA degree from the School of Journalism and Communication with a focus in public relations.
Randy Leaf is professional, hard-working and enthusiastic. Multi-tasking and attention to details come naturally to Randy after over 21 years as a supervisor and manager. Randy has served in many volunteer capacities in the Manhattan Beach community, including 5 years on the Board of Directors for Leadership Manhattan Beach, of which he served two years as President. You may have met Randy while he was cooking Pulled Pork and Baby Back Ribs for a fundraiser at the Manhattan Beach Police Officer’s Association and Leadership Manhattan Beach BBQ Booth during the Hometown Fair. Randy was a Manhattan Beach Police Officer for nearly 31 years and honorably retired after 8 years as a Police Captain. Randy knows all the neighborhoods inside-out, and can use his in-depth knowledge of the South Bay community to help you find that special property in the neighborhood that best fulfills your family’s needs. Randy graduated from the University of Phoenix and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management.
