Joe Walsh is listing his Beverly Hills Post Office villa

Famed rocker Joe Walsh is listing his Beverly Hills Post Office villa for $5.3 million. According to Variety, Walsh paid $3.95 million for the property in August 2013 for use as temporary digs while his main residence was undergoing an extensive, multiyear renovation.

Originally built in 1966 as a mid-century modern, the house was transformed into a sleek contemporary before Walsh’s ownership. Expect 3,820 square feet of open living space on a single level, complete with formal living and dining rooms, a den/media room, and European-inspired, eat-in kitchen with Miele appliances and custom cabinetry.

There are three en-suite bedrooms, including the master retreat with dual closets and baths, as well as a 600-square-foot music studio that could be converted into a family room. Outdoors, the nearly half-acre hillside lot boasts a pool and covered terrace with fireplace. Tina Stern of Wish Sotheby’s International Realty holds the listing.
