New Mattel CEO Ynon Kreiz and his longtime wife, Israeli former Olympic competitive sailor Anat Fabrikant, have paid $15.7 million in cash for a new mansion in the Beverly Hills Flats neighborhood.
According to Variety, the European-style villa was spec-built by a local developer and completed last year. Included is 10,000-plus square feet of living space featuring a double-height entryway; giant family room with a wet bar and floor-to-ceiling disappearing windows; formal dining room with a glassy wine closet; separate wine cellar; massive master suite with a fireplace, dual marble-clad baths and terrace overlooking the backyard; and movie theater with seating for 12.
Steve Frankel of Coldwell Banker and Linda May of Hilton & Hyland held the listing, while Kreiz was represented by Nicholas Property Group’s Dustin Nicholas.
