Usher’s Sunset Strip 1920s Villa Sells

Grammy-winning singer Usher has sold his Spanish villa above the Sunset Strip for $3.3 million. According to the L.A. Times, the walled and gated home was built in the 1920s and offers 4,200-plus square feet of living space showcasing a two-story entry and a purple-clad dining room.

Yet other highlights of the five-bedroom abode: original arched doors and stenciled beams in the living room, along with an updated kitchen with a breakfast room. Outdoors is extensive decking and patio space. 

Timothy Enright of the Enright Co. served as the listing agent, with Rami Atherton of Douglas Elliman representing the buyer.
