She purchased the two-parcel country traditional estate seven years ago for $3.55 million. The lot is roughly 1.4 acres and has 3 bedrooms, a guesthouse, and a tennis/sports court.
The home has 2,800 square feet of living space that includes a main floor master suite that has a formal living area and fireplace, two bedrooms, an office/den area set on scenic grounds which open from French doors.
The landscaping contains vine-covered arbors, an outdoor fireplace, and a stone path that winds through the lawn.
