Steve Zuckerman lists English Tudor-inspired house

TV and theatrical director Steve Zuckerman and his wife, talent manager, and theatrical producer Darlene Kaplan, have listed their English Tudor-inspired house in Encino Hills for $3.299 million.

According to the L.A. Times, the property was built in 1976 and features 5,422 square feet of living space. Expect a two-story living room with soaring beamed ceilings, massive diamond-pane windows, and a brick fireplace and a formal dining room with wainscoting, a mural depicting a hunting scene and a window seat, plus a den, study-office, four bedrooms and seven baths.

Among the highlights: a 1,400-square-foot master suite containing a lounge with a fireplace, along with a tennis court, covered patio, and pool. Gwen Banta and Tory Herald of Sotheby’s International Realty are the listing agents.
