Rolling Hills Estates Home Prices Hit All Time Highs

Rolling Hills Estates median home sale prices have reached a new high, climbing to $1,650,000 in April 2018, up a full 10% over prices in April 2017, when the median sale price was $1,500,000.  The average sales price also hit a new high of $1,749,570 in April, which was up 8.5% versus the same time period last year.

A total of 721 homes were sold in Rolling Hills Estates over the period January 1, 2008, and April 30, 2018. The record sale price for Rolling Hills Estates is $3,999,000 for 4 Pleasant Hill, which closed in June of 2012. The lowest single-family residence sale price during the period (January 2008 – April 2018) in Rolling Hills Estates was $655,000 for a property located at 49 Rollingwood Drive, which closed in August of 2009.
