Mary Hart and Burt Sugarman Sell their L.A Live Residence

TV host Mary Hart and her husband, producer Burt Sugarman, have sold their high-rise at The Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. Live for $6.3 million. According to the L.A. Times, the three-bedroom, four-bath downtown condo was renovated and customized during their ownership to create a high-end resort vibe.

Drawing attention away from the sleek 4,170 square feet of interior space, however, are the bird’s-eye skyscraper views from the floor-to-ceiling glass walls in every room. An open living- and dining room area, an office, a center-island kitchen, and a den/media room are among the living spaces.

The master suite features automatic entry doors, dual wardrobes, and electronic blackout shades. Building amenities include a rooftop swimming pool, a fitness center, a billiard room, and concierge services. Kurt Rappaport and Kevin D. Booker of Westside Estate Agency handled the transaction.
