Burton Cummings Re-lists Studio City Estate

Burton Cummings has re-listed his renovated mountaintop estate in for $4.95 million after a four-month hiatus. According to the L.A. Times, the singer, songwriter and past member of the Guess Who purchased the Tudor Revival mansion built in 1976 in 2012 for $1.75 million, records show.

Set behind wrought-iron gates and reached by way of a winding cobblestone driveway, the 5,000-square-foot, four-bedroom house features soaring ceilings, exposed beams, and rustic wood flooring.

The den, bedroom, and living and family rooms all have fireplaces, while an updated kitchen center on a stone-clad island/breakfast bar and the master bath boasts a claw-foot tub.

Outdoors, the 2-acre property is highlighted by a kidney-shaped pool, walnut trees and mature oaks, and panoramic views of the San Fernando Valley, Angeles National Forest, and mountains. Timothy di Prizito and Joyce Rey of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage are the listing agents.
