It has sent the gossip bees a-buzzing with theories as to why—A new girlfriend, upgrade for the kids, a splurge after a successful year, all of the above?

Realtor.com gives you the full scoop, gossip and all. The home features an immense 13,453 square footage on 1/2 acre, and is considered an “entertainer’s dream house” and any cursory look at some of the photos will show you why.

Ben Affleck will now be neighbors with the ‘King’; Lebron James’ home is a $23M located at 568 N. Tigertail Rd. in Brentwood. Many other celebrities live in the Pacific Palisades including Jim Carrey, Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg; the icons live, perhaps not surprisingly, within a few doors of one another.
