Arthur B. Rubinstein’s Home Hits the Market for $1.75M

The Beachwood Canyon estate of the late TV/film composer Arthur B. Rubinstein (WarGames) has entered the market for $1.75 million. Originally built 1915, the home at 2516 Hollyridge Drive was purchased by Rubinstein in 1985. Included is 3,526 square feet of living space highlighted by a grand entry leading to an expansive living room with a bank of windows to take in the view, while a separate sitting area featuring a fireplace. 

The formal dining room overlooks the living areas and boasts a wall of windows and French doors that open to one of many outdoor patios and pool area. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a butler’s pantry and open bar area, while art deco-inspired stairs lead to an elevated landing and a large master bedroom suite, two additional bedrooms, three baths, and a sunroom. The home is listed with Candace Gunther, Roland Wilhelm and Alex Ford of Compass.
