North Redondo Beach Market Snapshot

The median sales prices for single-family homes in the Golden Hills area in North Redondo Beach have reached a new all-time high at $1,100,000 in May 2018, up 12% from a year earlier when prices were at $982,500. If you go back five years, the median sale price is up 47.25%, (median sale price was $747,000 in May 2013.)

Look for the Golden Hills area to stay hot as the inventory “months supply” is at only .07 months in May 2018, down 30% from a year earlier when supply was at 1.0 months – still very tight. Additionally, homes that are on the market are moving fast – the average number of days on market is 22, which is down 24.1% over the same period last year.

Finally, the average price per square foot paid was $656.00 in May and is up 53% when compared to the $429.00 average price per square foot paid in May 2013.
