Born in Budapest, Hungary and raised in Montreal, Canada, Anita relocated to Southern California in 1968. She built her career from the ground up while positioning herself with notable roles at Merrill Lynch and Coldwell Banker. As the former Team Leader at Keller Williams Encino/Sherman Oaks, Anita currently retains the prestigious designations of Director of Education and Mentor. Currently, at Keller Williams Studio City, Anita has the prestigious designation of Director of Luxury, and she is also CEO of The Rich Group at Keller Williams Studio City. Along with these prominent titles, Anita also directs operations of Rich Coastal Property Management Company as co-owner, works diligently as a KW Commercial Director, and as a Charter Member of KW Luxury Homes International, and additionally performs as a Certified Short Sale and REO Specialist.
As a result of her extensive skill and experience, Anita ranks in the top 3% of agents nationwide for consistent success, and she leads The Rich Group with this standard of excellence, high energy, and authenticity. She brings a wealth of knowledge and devotion to her role: her core strengths in negotiation and razor-sharp pricing analysis result in faster-selling properties, which enrich her clients’ prosperity. Helping people has been her primary objective, and since buying and selling a home can be a daunting process, she offers continuing assistance and personal, face-to-face service. Despite all the demands of a successful career, Anita is committed to balancing work, family, and community. She is involved with local charities and is affiliated with prominent organizations across Southern California, such as the KW Commercial Tenant Rep Practice Group, Real Estate United, and the Sherman Oaks and Studio City Chamber of Commerce. Anita currently serves as a Board Member of Safe Passage, a shelter for battered women and their children and on the Board of Directors for We Spark, a renowned cancer support center, and she previously was the Charter President for the Studio City Optimist Club. Anita is recognized as a devoted mother and grandmother as well as an energetic addition to society, which expands her remarkable character and solidifies her as a dedicated contribution to business and community.
